Our Vision and Founding Story
Dora Beauty & Academy is an established corporate center founded through international partnerships, analyzing global trends in the beauty industry and client needs. Our core vision is to provide professional solutions for "beauty," every woman's right, by maintaining the highest standards of quality, trust, and hygiene.
Expertise and International Experience
The founder of our center, Demet Buldu, lived in Paris for many years after completing her French Bachelor's degree at Istanbul University, gaining complete mastery of both French and English. This allows us to provide our international guests with high-quality service, understanding their requests accurately without any language barrier.
Education and Certification
Demet Buldu holds the title of Master Instructor approved by the Ministry of National Education (MEB) and possesses all legal certifications. As a member of the PhiAcademy family, a global leader in the permanent makeup industry, she specializes in natural-looking permanent eyebrow and makeup applications with the globally recognized Phibrows PMU Artist certification.
Technology and Hygiene Standards
Our Beauty Center uses TSE-approved, state-of-the-art devices and premium brands with natural ingredients. For example, our Dr. Tesla Nano Hybrid laser device offers a pain-free and comfortable hair removal experience with its dual-headed (ice and air-cooled) system.
Legal Protection
Our facility is licensed by the relevant municipality; it operates in a fully sterile environment with a Hygiene Certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education and all necessary legal permits.
